Absolutely the worst customer support and no follow-up at all. Not impressed with how well the product works and got no reply from them!! There’s no other business quite like this one. Stick with dependable and responsive companies!! Just awful.

"My Experience with Two Tuski Flossers"
I bought two Tuski Flossers, and the first one I tried just stopped working entirely in under two months of use.

I sent a bunch of emails and messages through their site, which claims they’ll get back to you in 24 hours, but I never heard back from them at all. I find that pretty unprofessional and downright unethical.

The customer service experience has been the worst I've ever had with a company selling products on Facebook.

I really hope they can step up their game in this area.

I got myself a Tuski water flosser back in September and also grabbed an extended warranty. Unfortunately, it broke down, and I've shot off four emails in the past two weeks with no reply. I really liked the flosser, but man, the customer service is just awful.

"Just got new implants and it really cleans well..."
I recently got some new implants, and this thing does a great job of cleaning underneath them where I can't reach with floss. My dentist gave me a fantastic report! The only way to make this even better would be to add some pics that have a hook, so you can clean under your teeth without having to hold it up all the time.
